Donation Request Guidelines & Policies

Thank you for thinking of us for your fundraiser, school event, nonprofit, or community cause. We love supporting our local community whenever possible. To help us fairly manage donation requests, please review the following guidelines:

Eligible Donation Requests May Include:

  • Popcorn

  • Movie ticket gift cards

  • Movie-themed gift baskets

  • Fundraiser raffle items

  • Community event sponsorship support

Donation Request Requirements

  • Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.

  • Organizations must be nonprofit, school-based, youth-focused, or community-serving.

  • One donation request per organization every 12 months.

  • Priority may be given to local Tehachapi community events and youth programs.

  • Completing a request form does not guarantee approval.

Important Policies

  • Donations are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards and vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Donated items may not be resold without prior written approval.

  • Donations are intended for fundraising or promotional purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests based on availability, budget, or alignment with our community initiatives.

Popcorn Donations

  • Popcorn donations are intended for approved community events only.

  • Quantity and pick-up times will be determined upon approval.

Movie Basket Donations

Movie baskets may include a combination of:
🍿 Popcorn
🎟️ Movie passes
🥤 Drink vouchers
🍬 Candy or theater treats
🎬 Promotional items

Contents may vary based on availability and season.

Recognition & Community Partnership

If your organization receives a donation, we kindly ask that our theater be acknowledged through event signage, social media tags, or event programs whenever possible. Supporting one another helps keep community partnerships strong.
